Eagleware has modeled this website specifically for Legion Posts and their organizations (Legion, Auxiliary, SAL & ALR). Our goal is to provide a professionally designed, attractive, reasonably priced, customizable website for any Legion Post allowing them to have a web presence in an ever-increasing internet world. Currently 4 out of 5 households now have broadband internet and more and more people are using web search engines to find what they are looking for. An eye-catching, informative website is one of the best ways to showcase your post, let people know about your post and where it is, provide a means of contact, make available the history of the four Legion organizations, and supply information on how to join with downloadable membership application forms.

This website is a dynamically driven website. What this means is that the information and pictures on most of the website is data that is read from a database and inserted into the page when viewed by a user. This allows the content of the website to be changed very quickly, in just minutes, to allow you to customize the website to your particular post.
Looking at this page, the Banner at the top of the page is about the only thing that you the user cannot control and change. On this page the 7 tab bars; Home, Contact Us, Membership, Newsletter, Post Officers, Custom Tab and Employees can be made visible or hidden per your requirements by a few simple settings.
You may add upload an unlimited number of jpg’s, png’s, pdf’s, htm or html files where they are displayed as a link under the small photo and/or video on each of the Home pages. Each link will display in a new browser window when clicked by a user.
This website has can have an unlimited number of web pages of organized content most of which are fully configurable by you. You also have full control of the News Sidebar and the Sidebar Text located in the right sidebar column. Another 40 web pages are pre-programmed to display data about the Legion’s 4 organizations.
The text on this page (and almost all other pages), the photos, videos, the content of the News and the text below it in the right sidebar can all be changed, replaced or deleted in minutes from our custom designed Administration Panel. We’ve taken care of the design and formatting of the page for you. If you delete a picture the text will use the space for itself, if you chose to have a picture on the page the text will automatically wrap around it.
You also have near total control over the Main Menu (the red menu at the top of the page and the small menu in the page footer). You can in seconds hide or display any menu pages in these menus. If you don’t need an ALR section simple turn it off, turn it back on whenever you need it.
You do not need any special knowledge or tools to manage this website, in fact the only tool you need is a common internet browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox. Eagleware has created a very powerful yet easy to use Administration Panel allowing you to manage the website easily.
Want to change your Welcome page in the future? Do you have new officers, email addresses, phone numbers? You can update or change the page in minutes without any programming knowledge or tools. As an example; you have a new Post Commander so you go to your Administration page and change the name in the Post Commander field and every page on the website that uses the Post Commander’s name is immediately updated.
